Shipping Policies

United States Shipping:
Please allow 4-6 business days from the date of purchase for your order to ship. I print as I receive orders and it takes a few days for the colors to set.  I ship to the address listed on the invoice unless otherwise noted. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

International Orders:

I have linked an import duty/tax collection calculator above if you would like to figure out what your country of residence charges. I live in Portland, Oregon and all of my art ships from the United States. International orders have a 2 to 4 week estimated delivery time depending on how long customs holds a package. All original artwork will ship with tracking and insurance.
Unfortunately, some print orders cannot be tracked once a package leaves the United States as each country has its own delivery tracking system and they do not always update once an item clears customs. I ship with USPS and UPS first class international shipping, however, I would be happy to upgrade your shipping to Priority International which is fully tracked if you would like to pay the difference. In most cases UPS offers full tracking, but may charge brokerage fees.
Returns/Refunds: Please contact me if there is a problem with your order. If you are not pleased with your purchase, I will happily refund your money, however, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
